If you have any complaints, please contact your relationship manager first.

In any case, you may send a letter of complaint to ProCapital by ordinary post to the following address:

  • Will acknowledge receipt of your request within a maximum of ten business days from receipt of the complaint, unless you receive a response before;
  • Will respond to your complaint within a maximum of two months as the date of receipt of your complaint, unless there are special circumstances, duly justified, of which you will then be informed.

If you do not receive a response within two months, or if the response is deemed unsatisfactory, you may refer the matter to the AMF Ombudsman free of charge
